The holiday apartment Petit Palau is located in Port de Sóller on the 1st floor of a complex and can accommodate 4 people across 95 m² of living space - enough room for a fantastic holiday. The light-flooded apartment with detailed tiles and a Mediterranean ambience has a wonderful living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms (one of them en suite). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and two ceiling fans in the bedrooms, TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair. From the balcony you can look directly at the blue glittering sea and listen to the gentle sound of the waves. The covered balcony has sliding glass fronts, offering you the opportunity to use it all year round. The balcony furthermore has a dining table for 6-8 people, a sofa bed and a telescope - but it is not suitable for sunbathing or barbecuing. The small guests of the house will also appreciate the playground of the residential complex. Thanks to the ideal location of the apartment, the restaurants on the harbour promenade are only 270 m away and an ATM and a supermarket are only 400 m from the accommodation. The sandy beach of Port de Sóller is 550 m away, or an 8-minute walk along the promenade. Here the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! From the port of Port de Sóller, you can take boat and diving trips, and bicycles, motorcycles and Segways are available to rent.
