The charming holiday home “Es Moli'' is located in Artà, in the charming island of Mallorca, and it impresses guests with its light-flooded and modern interiors, as well as with its generous outdoor area. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and large sofas, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table and a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a kingsize bed, one with 2 single beds for children) as well as 2 modern bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television, a baby cot and a highchair. One of the main attractions of the villa is its spacious outdoor area, where you will find a small pool where you can cool off on warm summer days, a covered lounge area with comfortable sofas, a barbecue, a dining table, and a playground where children can play safely while their parents relax under the sun. Due to the excellent location of the villa, there are shops, restaurants, bars and cafes just a 5-minute walk from the property, while the closest beach, Cala Son Moll, is just 17 minutes away by car (12km). Golf enthusiasts can also play their favourite sport in Capdepera Golf, which is a 12-minute drive from the property (6.5km), while the capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, and its airport can be reached after 1 hour driving (78km).Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
