Details: This unique finca is one of Mallorca's great historical properties and is located between the towns of Sa Cabaneta and Pòrtol only a few minutes from Palma. The finca was used for farming cattle up until the end of the 19th century at which time it changed its function to agricultural production particularly that of almonds, carobs, olives, wheat and grapes, and to pressing oil and making wine. Today the estate of this finca has approx. 200 cuarteradas (143 hectares) dedicated almost exclusively to the production of almonds, carob and wool. This has led to the planting of around 10.000 almond trees over the last few years. The main house is located in the centre of ​​the estate and has magnificent views over Sa Cabaneta, the church of Sant Marçal, the estates of Son Verí and Son Sureda, and the western part of the Serra de Tramuntana as far as Palma. At the classic-style front of the house a path and a large paved terrace give access to the central clastra, a paved courtyard reminiscent of the stately courtyards of the town palaces of Palma. Adjacent to the main house are a series of auxiliary buildings used as warehouses, amongst which are the Tafona - the storage tank for olive oil which is made out of natural stone, the bodega (cellar), which was in use until the 1940s, and the dairy. The property also has a licenced hunting reserve. One of the most surprising and authentic buildings is the Baroque chapel, dedicated from the time of its construction to the Mare de Déu.
