The 200 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), washing machine air conditioning, a fireplace and satellite a television, while a baby bed and a highchair are available on request.
From the property, you can reach supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within 6 minutes by car (2.3km) in the centre of Petra. The nearest beaches, such as Playa del Muro, can be reached after a 25-30-minute drive (20-22 km) along the coast between Can Picafort and Port d’Alcúdia, and the famous dripstone caves “Coves d’Arta” are a 40-minute drive or 40 km from the property. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can also be reached after a 40-minute drive (45 km), as well as the city’s airport.

Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There are chickens on this property and the guests can use the eggs from the chickens as much as they want. 3 times per week a maintenance person comes in to take care of the garden, to clean the pool and feed and take care of the chickens.
