The extensive community of Bunyola is located in the northwest of Mallorca. The landscape can be divided into two very different zones: First, the northern mountainous zone and the southern part, which extends to the flatlands of Palma. The separate kitchen with dining area and terrace access is as spacious as the living room. It is a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art electrical appliances and a work island. The work surface is made of black mottled marble. There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a washing machine. From the entrance area, a marble staircase leads to the upper floor to 3 of a total of 4 double bedrooms, some with balconies, and to 2 of a total of 3 bathrooms. In the individually designed bedrooms you will find comfortable double beds once in the size 1.80 mx 2.00 m and three times in the sizes 1.50 mx 1.90 m to give you pleasant nights. Of the 3 bathrooms, one is en suite. A double bedroom with bathroom is located on the ground floor. Two out of three bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs and integrated showers. A shower is available in the third bathroom. In the park-like, terraced garden, the wonderful villa is hidden between palm trees, cypresses and Mediterranean plants. Not only from the balconies, but also from the various terrace areas you have a wonderful view of the unspoilt and beautiful landscape. The terraces are covered. Here you can either relax in a lounge corner or enjoy your meals and the view at a large dining table. Right next to it is a large sun terrace with a covered BBQ corner, stone oven and dining area. One terrace below you reach the 10m x 6m private pool with sun loungers and a covered relaxation area. The place consists of two streets. One leads through the village into the mountains to Orient and Alaró. The other road connects Bunyola with Santa Maria. The centre of the village is the church square with its cafes, bars and restaurants. Here the two roads intersect. About 3 km north of Bunyola, perhaps the most beautiful gardens in Mallorca - Jardins d'Alfàbia- with its manor house await your visit.
