Description
Beautiful Finca Rústica Sa Carbona with fantastic view of the countryside and to Artá.In the middle of the Mediterranean nature only two kilometers from the village, where you can find all services such as supermarkets, bakeries, shopping malls, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, banks and doctors.
On the ground floor the house with all amenities has a living / dining room with SAT TV and fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen for daily use, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are two rooms with a sofabed and air conditioning.
The outdoor area offers a large covered terrace which is connected to a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as an outside bathroom with shower.
A child-proof pool for cooling off in the hot summer months is just a few meters from the terrace and is surrounded by an orchard.
Every Tuesday in Artá there is a market where you can buy fresh food and other products from local producers.
Around Artá about 10 minutes by car you can find various sandy beaches and bays as well as a variety of hiking and biking trails.
The caves of Artá and the golf course of Canyamel are about 15 minutes by car from the finca.
