On the ground floor of the house there are two living areas, one of them with included dining area. The two living rooms and the hallway are separated by arches, so everything is very open and inviting. There are comfortable sofas, a TV and a fireplace. The dining table can accommodate 6 people, but there is the possibility to add more chairs. The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area and also offers everything you need for a relaxing self-catering holiday.
From the living rooms and from the kitchen you have access to the terrace and the outdoor area. Also, on the lower level, there is one of the bedrooms with access to the terrace and two single beds.

Visit the lively weekly market, which takes place every Sunday morning or take riding lessons in the riding school "Son Menut". About 16 km away is the charming fishing port of Porto Colom, where it is still possible to watch the fishermen repairing the nets. Porto Colom has pretty sandy beaches and many nice first line restaurants. During the summer season, you can practice a variety of water sports, such as the dive center "East Coast Divers". Near Porto Colom there is also the golf course "Vall d'or Golf".
In the southeast of Mallorca you will also find beautiful coves and beaches on the east coast, to the beach of Es Trenc near Colonia de Sant Jordi, with its turquoise waters and fine sandy beach. In addition, there are places like Felanitx and Santanyi, which invite you to shop and linger. Santanyi is especially popular with German emigrants. From Colonia de Sant Jordi you can also book excursions to the small natural island of Cabrera - an absolute must-do!
The southeast is still typical and impresses with a flat landscape that invites to hiking and cycling. Especially nice for a visit is the nature reserve Mondrago.
