This luxury villa in Manacor has a private swimming pool and fantastic views of the vineyards of Pere Seda. The villa is large enough for several families, families or groups of friends.Manacor is a 5-minute drive away and offers various supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Can Corem is just a few minutes from other coastal towns and various beautiful beaches such as Porto Cristo (10 km), S'illot (13 km) and Sa Coma (16 km). In the port of Porto Cristo, you can rent a boat, diving and make boat trips and visit the best terraces and restaurants in the region.
The bedrooms in this villa consist of a presidential suite, 3 queen suites and 2 junior suites. All rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning. There are a total of 8 bathrooms, including 4 en suite. In addition, there are various living rooms, 2 fully-equipped kitchens with a dining area and a large terrace to enjoy the sunset.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
