Typically Majorcan, but from a different era, this is how the Finca BEATRIZ presents itself to you. The beautiful stone house is from the 19th century, is therefore rustic and has all the atmosphere of that time. That means furniture made of natural woods, terracotta floors and partly interspersed stone walls into the living rooms, it has a surface of 160 m².
Located in the hilly landscape between Lloret de Vistalegr and Sineu, the 8200 m² property is surrounded by Mediterranean trees and fields. The terrain is largely unspoilt, and with its swimming pool it has a somewhat exotic feel to it. Over the two floors there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed and two rooms with single beds. Also of the bathrooms there is one upstairs and one downstairs.

In the higher part of the village are the centre of the village and the main manor houses, which together with some holm oak forests form an incomparable landscape.
Mallorca's centre offers the perfect starting point for many leisure activities. Go on a hike through the flatter landscape of the area or drive to the nearby Tramuntana mountains. The beaches of the North, East and South are all within easy reach, so you are spoiled for choice.
