The land of the estate occupies 72 hectares and lies in the Campanet Valley next to Ses Fonts Ufanes, including the 372 m high Puig de Ses Mates Verdes which is part of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range which in 2011 was named a World Heritage Site. There are historical documents that already placed the possession in the eighteenth century.
