Details: This charming finca offers great privacy and absolute tranquillity, and was built approx. 150 years ago on a plot of 5.000 sqm in Ses Salines. It has been renovated whilst paying great attention to details, and traditional elements such as the wooden ceiling beams were tastefully combined with modern elements. It has a living space of around 280 sqm, spread over 2 levels, both light-flooded. There is a total of 4 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area, a comfortable dining room with fireplace, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. A natural-stone staircase provides ample Mediterranean flair. The external area with Mediterranean plants contains a charming pool area with sun terrace with perfect shady places under the lovely trees, and a boccia court invites to challenging games during the cooler autumn days. Here the Mediterranean way of life can really be enjoyed to the full! Further features include central underfloor heating, and a private well. Returns from holiday lettings: For initial orientation you can use the “Porta Holiday Returns Calculator” without obligation to calculate your potential returns from holiday letting. NB: Due to the current legal situation it is possible that in certain municipalities renting restrictions may apply, or new touristic licences may not be granted. Your Porta Mallorquina real estate consultant will be pleased to advise you whether the property you have chosen is affected. Go to Returns Calculator. Location & surrounding area: Ses Salines is one of the nicest and oldest villages at the southeast coast. The image of the village is characterised by cosy bars and restaurants, where Majorcans and tourists have their “café con leche” while enjoying the sun. It is a typical Majorcan village that was named after its saline from the era of the Romans. Salt is reaped till this day. The “talaiots”, remains of a prehistoric settlement are also historically very interesting. Many small bays as Cala Llombards or the dreamlike natural beach of Es Trenc is only a short drive away. You can also discover the beautiful flat landscape by bicycle.
