The 28.000 m2 plot includes the private pool, garden, several terraces and porches and the wonderful villa with natural stone lined facade. Have a drink at night on the front terrace and enjoy the romantic scenery. The porch equipped with a barbecue, gas cooker and dishwasher overlooks the 12 x 4 meter sized chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.1 to 1.7 meters. The pool lights illuminate the pool area during the night so you can enjoy a midnight swim. Around the pool, there's a terrace and a garden area with 10 sun loungers.

The house is brand new and designed with unbeatable taste and decoration. Its views over the countryside and the forest from the inside will not leave anyone indifferent. It has a living room with satellite TV and air conditioning; a dining room with an exclusive design with space for many diners; a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave and everything you might need; and a total of five bedrooms and six bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms with two single beds (one of them with en suite bathroom with shower) and an outside bathroom are located on this floor. Upstairs are the remaining three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and one with a double bed, as well as the remaining three bathrooms, all of them with shower and en-suite. All bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning, and two of them have access to a terrace and the possibility to accommodate up to two cots and two high chairs. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The villa is just 70 meters from the main street that connects Portocolom and Felanitx and it may be that you hear the street from time to time. A short drive takes you to Felanitx where you can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you'll need for an independent stay. If the beach is what you're looking for, you can visit Cala Marçal, Cala Murada, Cala Domingos and much more.

There is exterior parking for 5 cars.
