Can Rico is a typical and very beautiful Majorcan villa situated in a very quiet lane in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. It has a great stone terrace which is totally furnished with a large dinning table and chairs. There is a big swimming pool with Roman steps surrounded by a lovely garden with grass and other Mediterranean plants.

The villa is set in two levels. There is a big fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, a breakfast table with chairs, and large sliding doors are opening onto the covered terrace.
