If you have ever dreamed of owning a unique, exceptional luxury-villa situated on the 1st sea line in Mallorca, then this property will be perfect for you.
Called 'The Wave' the impressive property will be built in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Porto Cristo, on a plot of 900 sqm and with direct access to the idyllic bay of Cala Murta.
The spectacular design of the villa was inspired by the waves of the sea, and thanks to the wave-shaped architecture there are magnificent sea views from all its rooms.
The main level consists of a generous living/dining area with a modern fitted kitchen from where large glass frontages offer fantastic views of the sea and flood the rooms with much natural light. The modern, airy design invites to relax and enjoy the atmosphere of well-being. Also on this level there will be 2 or 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, depending on the choice of the new owners. A partly-covered terrace can be accessed from all of the rooms.
A lift leads up to the unique roof terrace with a comfortable lounge with fireplace, a bar and an outside kitchen. The pool seems to blend seamlessly with the sea, and its glazed frontage accentuates the feeling of swimming in the open sea - a true oasis of relaxation!
On the ground floor will be a separate apartment, the perfect retreat for guests, and a spa and fitness area rounds off the sensational presentation of this very impressive villa.
Further features include air conditioning and underfloor heating, both regulated by Smart Home technology.

Location & surrounding area:
Porto Cristo on the east coast is a village that grew slowly also known as the harbour of Manacor. In summer it is very lively and in winter it becomes a small fishing village again. The area is known for numerous caves that formerly played an important role as protection from pirate attacks and today are one of the tourist attractions of the island.
Good restaurants that mainly offer seafood dishes and tapas are found around the harbour. Here you can rent boats o just stroll along the pier. The sandy beaches of Cala Mandia, Cala Malgrana and Cala Anguila are just a few minutes away and offer protected bathing in the azure Mediterranean Sea.
