The manorial natural stone finca Casa Laura is located in the extensive municipal area of Marratxi which borders on the urban area of Palma. The Marratxi area consists of the town centres Sa Cabaneta, Portol, Es Pont d’Inca, Pla de Na Tesa and Marratxinet. With its living space of 295 m2 and its outdoor area of 480 m2 including a pool, the Casa Laura is an ideal holiday home for max. 8 people. The living space of the holiday home is distributed on two levels. The entire house captivates with an exclusive and harmoniously coordinated style made of wood and stone floors. Heating, air conditioning and Wifi internet are of course available. The living room with a comfortable black leather sofa set and the rustic dining area behind it with a dining table for 8 people, showcase, sideboard and a grandfather clock give the room a cosy atmosphere. Another cosy living-dining area borders the kitchen. A marble staircase with a turned wooden railing leads from the entrance hall to the upper floor to the bedrooms and bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The existing 3 bedrooms promise restful nights. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobes as well as an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds, wardrobes and small shelves. These are furnished in a youthful way. Two bathrooms with sinks, large mirrors, bathtubs, showers and toilets are elegantly decorated in black and white. The third bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet is decorated in Mediterranean colours. Not only that, the holiday home also has a wellness and spa area with a sauna in the basement. There are two rooms with equipment such as weights, fitness equipment, punching bags, steppers, treadmills, elliptical machines and a Pilates machine. Fenced by a high green hedge, you will find a cosy pool area with sun loungers around it. A beautiful winter garden that can be opened to the pool and the BBQ corner invite you to feast on a cosy table or enjoy a refreshing drink by the pool after the meal.Licence number: ETV/5739Palma, the capital of the Balearic Islands, is situated close to Marratxí and lies on the northwestern end of a bay in the southwest of Majorca. This is expressed mainly by its beautiful architecture, interesting history and notable museums and galleries. Furthermore, the city offers a cosmopolitan environment with an abundance of excellent restaurants, lovely shops, exciting nightlife, and many other forms of entertainment. In the labyrinthine old town, there are a lot of small alleys and shops that invite you to stroll around for a while. You can promenade through the city for hours without geeting bored – there is so much to explore! When you visit Majorca, you should not miss out on Palma. Furthermore, the promenade along the harbor is definetly worth a visit. There you can discover so many impressive yachts and generally, it is fascinating to watch the active bustle of the harbor. It is situated just west of the old town. East of the city, it continues to Playa de Palma, in the west, a road lead to the mountain direction Paguera. The access to other parts of the island is good, via the Via Centura ring road it radiates over the highways to most parts of the island. There are few places that cannot be reached within an hour.
