This traditional village house typical in Mallorca is located in the centre of Selva and close to all amenities and services. The house has a constructed area of 156 m2 and 128 m2 of plot area and it is divided into three floors.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, pantry, chimney and an oustside garden area. On the first floor there is the main entrance to the house, a hall, a kitchen, spacious living room with chimney, 1 bathroom, 1 double bedroom and a balcony with great views of the surrounding nature. The second floor has 3 double bedrooms, one of them with exit to a large terrace with wonderful views, where you can see all the way from the bay of Alcudia to the town of Inca. The house has also a rain water well and air conditioning.
Selva area is made up of 5 villages, the largest of which is Selva itself, where the town hall is located. The other villages are Caimari, Moscari, Biniamar and Binibona, all of which are small and very beautiful and are within walking distance of each other with many similar features and characteristics in common.
All the small villages belonging to Selva area have a special charm about them and are a part of the World Heritage Unesco.Their narrow streets and old houses built of stone continue to be very well kept and give out a very cosy feel.
Their surroundings are spectacular too, surrounded by nature and fields of olive and almond farms where you can always get a magnificent view of the mountains in the background.
