In the middle of a hilly landscape in the northeast of Mallorca, between Sant Llorenç and Artá, lies this characteristic holiday finca with an extra large infinity pool. This property with its inviting outdoor area is perfect for your holiday for up to 12 people.
The finca itself has two floors, which are lovingly furnished with antique furniture. As a special eye-catcher, there are typical stone walls in some rooms, so the property exudes a Mediterranean flair.
On the ground floor you enter a large entrance hall followed by two living rooms with stone fireplace, a separate dining room with table for up to 8 people, a fully equipped kitchen with another dining table for up to 8 people and a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are six bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning and TV. For extra privacy, each room has its own bathroom en suite.

Back on the ground floor, you can reach the terraces from the living room and kitchen. On one side of the house, there is a covered terrace with a long table and a barbecue for your outdoor family time directly in front of a beautiful lawn, which can be used for more bar tables or the like.
Around the corner, in front of the infinity pool, there is another covered terrace with some sun loungers. From here, as well as from the large pool with the dimensions (21x6m), a fantastic view opens up over the surrounding landscape and mountains in the background. There is also a cosy lounge area and an outdoor bathroom with shower.
Especially nice is the small fountain next to the pool - a highlight for the atmosphere of the characteristic finca.
Also, the environment in the northeast of Mallorca invites to some exciting excursions. Visit the Caves of Artá , the Safari Zoo or the nearby Mondrago Nature Reserve. There are also several golf courses nearby such as Canyamel Golf, Golf de Capdepera or Son Severa Golf. The village Artá itself is also worth a visit - it offers the typical Mallorcan flair and houses some quaint restaurants. There is also a weekly market as in every place in Mallorca.

In Sant Llorenç de Cardassar there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops as well as a lot to discover culturally. The weekly market takes place every Thursday on the square in front of the 18th century parish church, which is also worth a visit.
The church building houses a parsonage, whose architecture can be classified between Gothic and Romanesque, as well as an imposing church tower.
The train station of the village is now part of the Via Verde Manacor-Arta, an old railway line between Manacor and Arta, which today invites you to walk or cycle.
All in all, the place is quiet and one can experience the typical Mallorca.
But the northeast of Mallorca has even more to offer. A minigolf park and safari park not far away makes children's hearts beat faster. The Safari Park is a 40 hectare area that contains numerous African steppe animals and monkeys. In the integrated zoo you can admire many more animals from distant countries. A highlight of the park is the elephant and predator enclosure.
The quaint bays and beaches of the east coast invite you to hike, sunbathe and swim. Golf lovers will find their luck at the Son Servera Golf Club.
